To handle timezone difference between players, we can have an offline game mode which spans throughout weekend or even one week. Thoughts?

There will be a quick play mode in which you can play at any time. Ranked games will most likely be scheduled for a certain time but as the game will begin as a simulation these games will be played regardless and you will be able to watch it back when youre available!
